Enterprise Package with Sensors

The Enterprise Package with Sensor is our most complete test package. Compared to the normal Enterprise Package, we added -you guessed it- sensors! Read all the details below.

Next to the already stuffed contents of the standard Enterprise Package, you will receive a package from our independent exoskeleton sensor partner. A set of sensors on each user will continuously measure physical data to evaluate the physical risk the user is taking during the job. Measurements will be made before wearing the exoskeleton and after a week of getting used to the exoskeleton. Subjective results will also be gathered from the tester through questionnaires. An information-dense report on the results will be handed over to you and evaluated together with you and our experts.

Purpose of the Enterprise Package with Sensors

The purpose of the Enterprise Package with Sensors is threefold:

  1. To determine if the Laevo exoskeleton fits your company, workplaces, tasks, users, business processes, and culture.

  2. To establish the foundation for scaling the exoskeleton deployment by involving the right individuals within your company.

  3. To perform a risk analysis with and without the exoskeleton, based on measured data at your company.

included in the Enterprise Package with Sensors

The Enterprise Package with Sensors includes:

  • A three-week test period with one to four exoskeletons and sensors.

  • Introduction session: Exoskeleton demonstration, user and supervisor training (with a certificate) at your location.

  • Supportive materials such as two, high-quality, A1-sized instructional posters with useful tips and tricks.

  • Measurement of the risk of back issues with/without the exoskeleton at your location using sensors (one task for one employee).

  • Comprehensive Exoskeleton Impact Assessment Report covering measured risk reduction, productivity, and workload.

  • Free advice on how the exoskeleton can be used for other tasks within your company.

  • Two phone advisory sessions with the supervisor during the testing period.

  • Optional LinkedIn post about the exoskeleton deployment in your company.

USER AND SUPERVISOR TRAINING

One of our exoskeleton specialists will visit you at your location to demonstrate the exoskeleton. During the subsequent user training, the exoskeletons will be carefully adjusted to fit the users, who will learn how to use the exoskeleton and what to expect from it. One of your employees will become the exoskeleton supervisor. The supervisor is responsible for testing the exoskeleton within your company and serves as the central point of contact for exoskeleton users. A good supervisor is approachable, enthusiastic about technology and innovation, communicative, works at the same location as the testers, and is available during the testing period. The supervisor learns during the supervisor training how to adjust the exoskeleton's settings and what questions to expect about it. The supervisor receives a supervisor manual and a certificate after the training.

MEASUREMENT WITH SENSORS

The sensors gather data to estimate the risk of back issues. This is initially done without the exoskeleton so that the effect of the exoskeleton can be measured afterward. The sensors are contained within three small devices worn around the neck, chest, and upper thigh. The collected data is processed by a provided phone. An independent party processes this data and calculates the effect of the exoskeleton on risk reduction, productivity, and workload. The conclusions are summarized in a report that will be reviewed with you after the testing period.

program of the Introduction session

The entire program lasts approximately 3.5 hours. The Enterprise Package starts with an introduction session involving users, team leaders, and management. After two short presentations from our side, we will focus on training the supervisor. An available meeting room with a presentation screen is preferred for this first part.

1. Welcome and introduction (15 minutes)

2. Explanation about Laevo company, exoskeleton effects, and technology (20 minutes)

3. Supervisor training (30 minutes)

After a 15-minute break, the last 2 hours will be with the testers of the exoskeleton. The newly trained supervisor will now take the lead in explaining and fitting the exoskeletons to the testers under the guidance of a Laevo expert. If successful, the supervisor will receive the Laevo Supervisor Certificate.

4. User training and fitting exoskeletons on testers by Supervisor, Certificate Ceremony (60 min)

5. Trying out exoskeleton at workstations by testers, 3 workstation analyses (60 min)
